Characteristics 

Located in the southwest of the island San Agustin offers you the New luxury of calm and tranquillity. It is one of the smaller villages with a mighty presence. Standing on a panoramic spot which is surely a visual feast. 

Considered a historical area this pueblo preserves and celebrates Ibicenco culture.

On August 28th the pueblo celebrates the day of the patron saint of San Agustín. The festivities last a whole week, during which traditional payes dances are performed, local culture celebrates and the traditional delicatessen market is open for the curious tourist.

The original name for the village is Sant Agustí d’es Vedrà, referring to the miniature islet that belongs to the parish, we can find it off the coast of Cala d’Hort.

Can Berri Vell is our personal favourite restaurant to visit. Refurbished Countryside villa offers a delightful Payes cuisine, set in its own square overlooking the church. This destination absolutely must be part of your gastronomic tour. Another recommendation will be to visit Can Berri Art Gallery, curating paintings that were made in or inspired by Ibiza.

Town Hall

San Augustin municipality is part of San Jose town hall. You will need to go to Sant Joseph town hall if you want to request the Referencia Catastral as well as pay your taxes, apply for a remodelling, construction or a tourist licence and apply for residency.
